Into the woods
This is an image I took with my dad, we were on the north side of town and were driving down the road and saw this private little wooded area, we pulled over and decided to document what we saw because it was beautiful and peaceful.
Plain Jane
I took this image near my grandma's house. The scenery stood out to me because it reminded me of winters in the place I used to live; Grass Lake. We lived on acres of land and our backyard looked something like this. It felt familiar and comfortable.
Beautiful swan
I took these pictures in Argo Park. The way the water rippled and how the Swans were in plain view really made this picture special. I love Argo and go kayaking there a couple times every summer so I knew this would be a good place to take pictures.
Deserted Corn Field
We were driving in Chelsea and saw this dead corn field. I liked that the field can show beauty in something that is dead and beauty in something that is alive. I found this field cool because just a few months ago this field was totally different from what you see now.
Perfect impurities
This tree appeared perfect from the front but from behind it had fungus on it. Even though this tree wasn't "perfect" it's imperfections are still beautiful. The fungus adds character to the tree and makes it more interesting.
